Gold - Original Watercolour (29"x21")

This is an original painting of some black and gold fish. I always admire those who are not afraid to stand out from the crowd, so this painting is dedicated to the brave! I really enjoyed planning the composition for this painting. My goal was to capture their beautiful fluid movement of the fish and evoke the sense that they are suspended in the water. I called the painting ‘Gold’ after the Spandau Ballet song in a dedication to the brave – always believe in your soul!
 
This original painting has been professionally framed by Appletons Picture Framers in Stillorgan Dublin. It is framed in my signature limed white wooden frame, with an off-white double mount under glass. The piece is 23”x20.5" in size. The photos attached feature the painting to scale in a living interiors to give you a sense of the dimensions.
